Let's put something bad to an end

Reading today's political section of the New York Times online has left me with an interesting view of the world. Considering that someone wants to put an end to the Don't Ask Don't Tell policy that was put in the military years ago and has been there since. It is the fact that Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual, and many others have suffered under this horrible idea for little over a decade and having it finally looked at again, it is time to put away this part of our history. Actually, sorry to tell you, but it is all we can hope for! I'm asexual, yeah, that's right, I'm actually one of the rare ones where I don't plainly care about what gender I fall for because mentally I love people for their minds and their looks are beyond my interest. Sadly, reading through this article, I'm sort of pissed off, because people are standing around saying, "its okay to not bully," but yet mentally there is something wrong with the idea that churches to say to help the LGBT community by just making sure bullying doesn't happen. They are still bullying by just one thing, by says Gays have no right to marry, to say we have no right to speak up about unfair measures against them.
