Anti-Duggars!
I find that the practice of having more children than one can afford, sorry, but watching an episode of the 19 Kids and Counting on TLC, has me thinking that these fundies are nothing more than living off the welfare system. That's just about ALL Fundamentalist Christians do, they have no real education, a Bible College isn't accredited for anything other than narrow minded dribble that makes this country fall more apart.
The Duggars are an example that having more kids than they can afford is fine, that people who are basically milking TLC for money and their stupid religious causes. It isn't about taking care of their brats anymore, its about making people who are nonChristians see that they are living in a 100% white bread Christian nation of ignorance.
There used to be Wiccans are TLC who appeared and spoke out about how healthy and good their religion was, but that was covered up by Evangelical nut jobs who have more children and milk the welfare system! This is the fate of our nation, a nation run by a bunch of over populating Christians who think that having more than 4 children is the American way...um...hello, I know Christians who just want 1 child, no more and no less, they would rather have no children if they can help it because they can't afford it.
TLC, you actively supporting a bunch of freeloaders is stupid. Considering that the only family that is doing better than the Duggars are the ones from "Little People, Big World," they seem to have a family process that works. They are Christian, don't plan on having more children and also plan on keeping their family TOGETHER and trying to keep from living off a welfare system. At least that show shows that people who are even smaller are better than tall as hell hicks who only have 19 plus brats who can't achieve anything other than maybe an associates degree or live off welfare.
Let me guess the Duggars plan to marry their daughters into loveless marriages and are incapable of going to college. Because it appears ONLY the eldest son seems to be allowed into college. Makes me wonder if your brats who are able to play musical instruments, one of them might be a prodigy, and let's hope its a daughter who turns out to be a genius who can think for herself and also WANTS to go to college and get a degree that is worthwhile and doesn't want to have more than 20 odd kids in her life.
I am dreading the day when a prodigy comes out of that family who turns around and says, "Mommy, Daddy, why can't I go to school like a normal kid?" or better yet, "Mommy, Daddy, why do the boys go to college, and I have to stay and watch my siblings? Why do I have to wait to get married?" What if there is a child who is too intellectual in that family, what does Jim Bob plan to do? Take his daughter out back and beat her until she conforms to her siblings way of thinking?
I have seen families that had more than 20 kids, at least they had kids who are old enough to just leave. Not to mention, this family were Jack-Mormons who believed that it was their child's right to actually make decisions on their religious life and not force them into it. Also all 22 of these kids ended up in college, two are married, one has three kids of their own, who chose to be atheists. She believes that her family has a right to choose as she did what religious life she wants for herself. She told me once that when she sees the Duggars, it makes her sick, she could never imagine her mother doing that to her and her 21 siblings.
The time when I met their family, there were 20 kids living in the house, only 2 were in college and living by themselves. These two had jobs since they were fifteen and also worked most of their lives trying to make a college fund. The older kids did the same, getting jobs, not expecting their parents to be on welfare. They in fact were not on welfare at all, their father worked as a broker at a real estate company and their mother worked as a decorating coordinator for a wedding company she owned. In fact majority of the money went toward redoing a house they had gotten and making the mansion presentable, mostly restoration work. Two of the boys who wanted to be carpenters in fact convinced their dad to buy the house and let them work on it, it took them 10 years to rebuild and restore the house to its former glory, while their family lived there.
This family neither expected money from the state or from TLC, the boys who restored the house now own a contracting business and also both have Business Masters that they earned by themselves without assistance from their family. The boys said that the Duggars are the worst kind of Christians they had ever seen, thinking it is OK to basically make it present that the kids are supposed to be happy with not living with choices. Eric (Not his real name), one of the boys expressed the concern that since he has three daughters, that he expects them to go to school, public school, be around other kids who are of different beliefs and learn from them. He recently told me he had triplets just last year.
Eric also said multiple births are common in his family, so it was no surprise that his mother had 22 children, when one out of four of the kids in his family were twins. He has a twin sister, and his brother had a Twin brother at birth, but the 23rd child passed due to complications upon birth. It is also expressed that having that many kids in a family, he researched it causes a mother to be more likely to have illnesses after birth as well as before.
So if the Duggars are so inclined to read this, STOP RELYING ON THE TLC for cash for your brats and stop having so many brats that you can't afford to take care of yourselves. Not to mention, do you realize that your wife could suffer from more than one illness in her life with having that many children. My friend, Eric and his twin sister, Erin(Not her real name) have both seen the results in their own families that they built.
Eric's wife spent three months in the hospital after the birth of their daughters, and also had to spend more money than he could afford in health care to make sure his daughters were healthy. He was worrying that his wife would not have more kids, because she is planing on having two more kids in the future.
I don't see a problem with having a few kids around, hell my fiance and I are planning for a child, but considering his history too, multiple births are a possibility. It is more of a safety risk in many cases when having more kids...makes me kind of worry too.
So aside from reading up on this family of loons who have 19 plus kids, I am saying this now, the Duggars need to get off TLC and find another way to make money. Milking a network that is supposed to be for education, there is nothing educational about having that many children who are devoid of knowing the world and also do they even know that other religions are out there?
